Anyone can teach you self-defense techniques.   You may even retain some of them, though they may fade without constant use and practice.

But it takes a forensically fluent, cognitive-behavioral, Clinical Psychologist to Rehabilitate your everyday attitude. Dr. Kennedy and his Team pair adrenaline-filled live recreations of such altercations with the mental training needed to assess risk.

What to Expect...

A Kennedy Consulting & Training seminar will prepare you to:

  • Recognize when the threat of violence or aggression are present, and how they might be avoided.

  • If violence cannot be avoided, you will know how to escape from it.

  • If escape is not an option, you will know how to de-escalate the situation.

  • If de-escalation ceases to work or is not an option, you will know how to use the right amount of force in the right way.

The "right amount of force in the right way" means:

  • You make it home safely.

  • Everyone you care about also makes it home safely.

  • You don't go to jail for what you did in order to make it home safely.

  • You don't lose a civil suit because of what you did in order to be safe.
