You are a part of the Tsu Kuri - getting into position for the throw, occurring after the Kumi-Kata and Kuzushi but before the Kake. You have joined or continued your Martial Arts journey into adulthood and so attend our adult classes.


This is a safe place to post all questions, thoughts and comments about Martial Arts and our shared love of violence.
